A residential project along Bolton Road in Bury. The building has historic links with the Wellington Barracks which were located only a short distance along the road. We believed the building along with its neighbours 2 and 1 Wellington Villas were apartments for officers serving the Bury fusiliers. The property was renovated in 1990s and then a complete overhaul in 2016.
