An emergency means there is immediate danger to people within the property or the property itself, this includes fire, leaks, break-ins, boiler breakdowns etc. This does not include loss of keys, blockages, light maintenance issues, these can be reported here.

If contractors respond for an emergency which is not deemed as an emergency there will be a charge.
