One of our first projects in 2016 turning a residential building into a welcoming 6 office space. The Flat, built as a luxury residence above the electrical workshops in 1970’s by Mike Godwin. Mike continued to develop the building up to the 2000’s adding a large garage, personal office, and balcony. The development over 3 months stripped the property back before being completely redecorated throughout and moving the large kitchen into a more compact brew room more fitting for a commercial space. The Flat now offers 6 first-floor office spaces located in what was the old kitchen, front rooms, and bedrooms.
