Good space, has everything you need and the loaction is good. about half an hours walk in to town.

Stayed at Matthews when I was in Plymouth for work.would definitely stay again

Matthew was a great host, and provided a detailed description for checking in and information about the flat. The flat is incredibly spacious and clean with comfortable furniture and plenty of options on the tv. The walk in shower is a little underwhelming as it doesn’t have the best water pressure, however there is a second shower attached to the bath which worked brilliantly.

The only issue we had was checking in, we arrived in the evening when it was quite dark and the house number has wiped off the plate so it wasn’t the easiest place to find in the dark, but we managed fine. We mainly had issues with the smart keypad as, whilst instructions were clear, when we put our hands over the pad as instructed the numbers were a bit flakey in appearing, it normally took a few goes to get the numbers to appear but the pad worked perfectly once they did.

Other than that we really enjoyed our stay, it’s a beautiful property with all the required amenities and fantastic value for money!

The location was good for what I needed it for, host was contactable and also proactive in checking in if everything was okay.

Only feedback would be that the kitchen does need to be better equipped for cooking in, lack of basic utensils. For example, chopping boards, serving bowls.

Ich war beruflich alleine für 3 Wochen in Plymouth. Die Wohnung habe ich sauber vorgefunden. Kostenloses Parken auf der Straße war immer möglich. Der Kontakt mit Matthew war einwandfrei. Ich hatte mitnahm Kontakt bzgl der Heizungssteuerung da diese zu anfangs nicht ganz passte. Er war aber sehr bemüht hier nachzubessern.

very spacious place

Matthew's home was spacious, fitted perfectly what we were looking for. Matthew was proactive, gave me clear instructions for everything that we might need to know. Hassle free and lovely! Good stay for the price.

Matthew was helpful and quickly responsive, the place was clean and had three different options for coffee! Washing machine, cafetière, soap and nice size TV. SPAR and Coop at walkable distance. Nice House

Clean, warm and spacious. Also liked the location with a nice view from the hill over parts of west Plymouth. Beds were nice and comfortable and the kitchen was quite well equipped. The decor however is in need of refreshment and unfinished in places. Could also do with some rugs as feels a bit stark.

Lovely, spacious flat, very conveniently located a short walk away from the bus stops or drive to town!

Nothing to talk about as it was spot on. The landlord was helpful. Can’t say alot but try and stay there and you would know it’s worth the price.

This is a good garden flat with much space for everything. Everything you need is there and communication with Matthew was easy and his response was quick. Overall I would recommend his flat.

This was a surprisingly big flat which was well equipped for a stay in Plymouth. It was easy to find a place to park on the street outside, and had lots of nice facilities like a dishwasher and bath with powerful shower. There is sound travel from the flat upstairs but only in terms of heavy tread, and in general this was a great value stay, with a helpful host.

A massive space for the money, handy for transport links and the dockyard. Furniture basic but fully functional. A great little bolt hole for a short notice weekend in Plymouth.

Always stay here when I visit Plymouth and never have any issues. Matthew is always really helpful and it's a lovely home away from home.

The Garden Flat was perfectly located . A great base for visiting Plymouth and it’s Historic Barbican or Royal William Yard for lazy lunches, before or after shopping.
Not to mention the amazing Theatre Royal and museum!
Cute flat and far larger than you imagine , plenty of space to feel very much at home for your stay.
I highly Recommend staying here if your thinking of spending time in Plymouth.
