Pantry, Cleaning Room and Kitchen Stock Checks

A form to check over the stocks we have in our spaces and to communicate this to all parties

Collecting this data does a few things:

  • Provides data, which over time, will allow us to monitor stock more efficiently.
  • Provides quick access for everyone to see stock levels.
  • Provides a system that will effectively run several of our sites, current and future

How To Use This Form

  • The form is meant to be quick and easy, don’t linger to much on the exact quantities.
  • Only include stock in the area you are checking:
    • for the kitchens, it’s just the kitchen, not the stock rooms
    • for the stock rooms, it’s just the stock room, do not count or include stock out in the kitchens and bathrooms.
  • Complete the form each stock check so we can collect data over time.
