A form to check over the stocks we have in our spaces and to communicate this to all parties

Collecting this data does a few things:

Provides data, which over time, will allow us to monitor stock more efficiently.
Provides quick access for everyone to see stock levels.
Provides a system that will effectively run several of our sites, current and future

How To Use This Form

The form is meant to be quick and easy, don’t linger to much on the exact quantities.
Only include stock in the area you are checking:
- for the kitchens, it’s just the kitchen, not the stock rooms
- for the stock rooms, it’s just the stock room, do not count or include stock out in the kitchens and bathrooms.
Complete the form each stock check so we can collect data over time.
