Job description

Our new admin role covers a range of areas within our business group. Your role will cover the administration of our Bury community hub where you will be based, as well as providing administrative support for our care community company and our estate’s company.

Our Community Care Team:

  • Provide admin support for our community care team.
  • Take phone calls and emails and orders relating to our meal delivery service
  • Help liaise with groups and organisations outside of the company
  • Help administrate projects
  • Take phone calls, emails and orders relating to our handyman service
  • Handle post and parcels

Our Community Hub

  • Open and close the hub onset open and close times To set out, replenish, clean, maintain and promote the kitchen space during the opening times To keep the entire hub space tidy, clean and comfortable. To greet, direct, listen, assist and connect with every visitor to the space Conduct stock checks Answer and make telephone calls relating to the hub. Send and receive emails relating to the hub and memberships
  • Able to use an online CRM to raise tickets and sale tickets
  • Able to work through a sales funnel
  • Able to work through a troubleshooting guide Engage with the marketing team to promote the hub
  • Distribute marketing materials from the marketing team. To assist clients, members, staff and resident businesses Promote, register, plan, organise, deliver and review events and our event spaces Promote the concept of the hub to internal groups and external groups Receive, distribute, and secure post and parcels Promote, register, and connect with members Work as a team member, residents, other coworking hosts, and space managers. Set achievable goals and deliver to our customers consistently

  • The ability to take instruction, multitask, follow-up, and use initiative is essential, along with having good problem-solving skills and experience in prioritising workload.
  • You will be a flexible and supportive member of the team with the ability to work on your own and self-motivate.
  • To provide an efficient and effective clerical and administrative support service in accordance with our culture, policies, and procedures.
  • The post holder will be required to assist the directors and other members of staff across our business group.
  • Maintain the company’s electronic and hard copy general filing system in line with the company policies, procedures and company filing structure; using both manual and computerised systems, to include inputting data, keeping records, statistics, confidential and general filing systems, and maintaining archive records
  • Handling important documents – including copying, printing, setting up shared folders in dropbox and Notion
  • Communicate with tenants both residential and commercial in relation to their tenancies
  • Complete routine weekly and monthly tasks
  • Handle enquiries, including emails, maintaining records and chasing outstanding job, contractors, invoices and other paperwork.
  • Visit different sites to check on work, meet tenants, assess conditions and complete other administrative duties.
  • Supporting the team by ordering stock and shopping for supplies.
  • Carry out general administrative tasks as designated, these can include typing correspondence, reports, and minutes
  • Deal with incoming and outbound marketing correspondence and sales calls, enqui,ries and website emails.
  • Order and maintenance of stationery supplies
  • Assisting with the collation of information for and distribution of the Operation & Maintenance Manuals
  • Attend and take part in team meetings and regular reviews.

Salary: £18,200.00-£20,000.00 per year
