In partnership with our sister company Newtons we are looking for an individual to come in and clean their socks off on variety sites we occupy and manage.

We are looking for a passionate person to help ensure our spaces are clean, comfortable, and safe. Your primary role is to ensure all commercial spaces are fantastically clean and in great condition for our staff, clients, and visitors.

The role is covers daily clean visits, weekly clean visits and end-of-tenancy cleans.

Schedule:

The current work schedule is totally flexible and can be organised around you. An example would be two 2-hour cleans every Mon, Tue, Thurs and Fri. We would discuss the working schedule with you and build a routine around that

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure our commercial spaces and residential spaces are clean to our high standards.
• Dealing with supplies of cleaning materials such as cleaning agents and kitchen supplies such as tea, coffee, sugar, etc.
• Controlling stock supplies through online forms.
• You’ll need to ensure appropriate documentation is complete by completing and submitting online forms via phone or iPad

Skills We Are Looking For:

• Able to work with other departments, such as reception and maintenance
• Able to maintain high standards of cleaning
• Ability to work alone
• Impeccable time management
• Know fire safety protocol in case of emergency

WIth all our roles we like to discuss progression within the role and company. The housekeeper role can be expanded to cover a wider range of cleans including Airbnb’s and client cleans as well as internal progression to different roles in the company.
