Reporting an Issue

We are changing the way you can report issues for your home or HQ. You will need to report all issues via ‘your account’ by 2021.

Use this form to report non-emergency issues with the property (only). Here are the forms for reporting an emergency or to make changes to your tenancy. We aim to respond to any issues within 48-hours.

You can also report issues through your ‘account’ page if you have been invited to set up an online account. See My Account for more info. 

  • Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible - what, where, when and who. More detail here will help fix the issues quicker
  • Add dimensions here For example the appliance, size of the affected area etc
  • Please provide the make, model, serial number and other information relating to the fault
  • Drop files here or
  • We only work with trusted workmen who will respect your property. It is sometimes quicker if we are able to enter the property on a more flexible basis. We will confirm any non-emergency visit 24-hours before.
