Reporting an Issue
We are changing the way you can report issues for your home or HQ. You will need to report all issues via ‘your account’ by September 2020.
Use this form to report non-emergency issues with the property (only). Here are the forms for reporting an emergency or to make changes to your tenancy. We aim to respond to any issues within 48-hours.
You can also report issues through your ‘account’ page if you have been invited to set up an online account. See My Account for more info.
Once you’ve reported your issue you can track the status below. Leave it aprox 48 hours for your order to be updated.
